I have been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal medicine since 1994 and 1999 respectively. I have travelled to and studied in China and the US, extensively broadening my areas of knowledge and my practice in Chinese medicine.

I have also taught Acupuncture at undergraduate level with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Dublin from 2011-2016.

I have studied Face Reading and been a T/A with The Lotus Institute and Lillian Bridges between 2019 and 2021 and have a great passion for working with clients to comprehensively address the conditions which can encompass disharmonies that are physical, mental, emotional, and or spiritual. For me Chinese Face Reading is a pivotal part of healthcare, both in the short and long term.

I have been very involved in the Irish associations concerning Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine from before my qualification in 1994, and as a consequence I have served on these boards for many years, both as a member and as Chair.
