Lotus Institute, Inc., Terms and Conditions

This is a legal agreement between you and Lotus Institute, Inc. (“company”). This agreement governs your purchase of the company’s class and workshop services and products advertised on its website. By purchasing services or products from this company, you agree to provide valid, complete and accurate information and affirmatively represent that you are not in any way attempting to falsify your dealings with this company.  

If you do not agree to the terms outlined below, do NOT click agree, and do NOT purchase the services and/or products that are provided by this company.

Payment Policy:

You agree that you will pay for all services and products you purchase from the company.

Your total price will include the price of each service ordered plus any deposit fee required for a course or workshop.* Prices for the services offered may change at any time, and the services offered at this time do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The company reserves the right to cancel all or any part of a class or workshop at any time. If the company cancels an entire class or workshop, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If the company partially cancels a class or workshop (the “cancellation period”), you will be entitled to a partial refund of the amount paid for the cancellation period, less a $25 nonrefundable processing fee, which, at your election, may be applied to any date(s) scheduled by the company to make up for the time canceled.

If YOU cancel at least 7 days before your class or workshop is scheduled to begin, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 nonrefundable processing fee. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up for the class or workshop; or if you leave a class or workshop early for any reason. No refund is available if you attend a class or workshop and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

All refunds will be processed within Thirty (30) days of the date requested. Cash refunds will only be given if the original transaction was paid for in cash. Otherwise, refunds will be given by check, bank wire or credit card reimbursement.

Registration:

By registering for courses through the secure order form located on the company’s website, you are authorizing the company to automatically charge your credit card after submitting the order form. If the service is for a Face Reading or Golden Path Consultation, once payment is confirmed, a company employee will call and/or email to schedule an appointment with Lillian. Due to her heavy travel and teaching schedule, appointments may take up to one (1) month or more to book based on availability.

Face Readings and Golden Path Consultations in-person in the United States are only accessible at the Lotus Institute Office, located at 810 Third Avenue, Suite 242, Seattle, WA. Please call +1.206.682.8885 or email info@lotusinstitute.com to schedule an in-person Face Reading or Golden Path appointment.

Privacy:

After your form has been submitted, your information will remain secure and confidential. None of your information will be shared with any other party outside of the Lotus Institute office and it will be used for no other purpose than is specified in the order form or newsletter list.

 

 * Some programs, such as the Master Face Reading Certification Program and the Daoist Design Program, may have special cancellation and refund policies; always refer to the individual program registration contract for specific terms and conditions. The Lotus Institute, Inc., reserves the right to add, remove or modify at any time the services or products offered on this website.
